| SEQUENTIAL PROBABILITY |
The Lottery, Keno, Bingo, Betting accumulators. All these are based on sequential probability. You would have to correctly pick not one but several correct outcomes in a row to win (6 of 6, 10 of 10, or 20 of, 20) to win a major jackpot prize. Any one incorrect choice and you do not win the jackpot. How many times have you won the lottery or a major jackpot?

This trial example is based on the same theory as my roulette system.
Use any coin with two different sides. Flip the coin in the air 17 times. Each time record the results. It is almost impossible to have alternating “Heads and Tails” (alternating sides) of a coin for 17 consecutive flips in a row! Perhaps you will get 6, 8, 10 or even 12 flips in a row. But not 17! You will always have at least a double (two of the same side of a coin) within 17 spins! |

European Roulette: Special Bets
On most European tables there is an area in front of the croupier and below the main betting area known as the roulette racetrack. This is where you can place Special Bets (also known as Sector Bets).
The two types of Special Bet are Neighbour Bets and French Bets. Both present an ideal way of making multiple bets quickly and easily.
Neighbour Bets
As you can tell from the name, a Neighbour Bet lets you place a wager on any five numbers next to each other on the roulette wheel. For example, you can make a Neighbour Bet on 13, covering the numbers 13, 36, 11, 27 and 6 (the main number - 13 - plus the two either side). It is common practice to place such bets as a combination.
French Bets
With a French Bet (sometimes referred to as a Called or Call Bet), you place your wager on a particular section of the roulette wheel. These sections are Tiers du Cylindre; Voisins du Zero; and Orphelins.
Tiers du Cylindre (Third of the Wheel)
This section includes all the wheel numbers from 27 to 33 inclusive (27, 13, 36, 11, 30, 8, 23, 10, 5, 24, 16, and 33). It is
located on the inside of the racetrack on the left.
Tiers du Cylindre has just six different bets that cover two numbers each.
• One chip covers 5 and 8
• One chip covers 10 and 11
• One chip covers 13 and 16
• One chip covers 23 and 24
• One chip covers 27 and 30
• One chip covers 33 and 36
There is a variation called the Tier 5, 8, 10, 11. With this, you put an extra chip straight up on these four numbers.
Orphelins (Orphans)
This section is at the centre of the racetrack. It covers the numbers that remain after Tiers du Cylindre and Voisins du Zero and is in two parts. These are 1 to 9 inclusive (1, 20, 14, 31, 9) and 6 to 17 inclusive (6, 34, 17).
• One bet covers 1
• One bet covers 6 and 9
• One bet covers 14 and 17
• One bet covers 17 and 20
• One bet covers 31 and 34
Voisins du Zero (Neighbours of Zero)
This section is at the inside of the racetrack on the right. It includes all the numbers from 22 to 25 inclusive (22, 18, 29, 7, 28, 12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32, 15, 19, 4, 21, 2, and 25). Voisins du Zero is a nine chip bet as follows:-
• Two chips cover 0, 2 and 3
• One chip covers 4 and 7
• One chip covers 12 and 15
• One chip covers 18 and 21
• One chip covers 19 and 22
• Two chips cover 25, 26, 28 and 29
• One chip covers 32 and 35
Zero game
This section is at the inside of the racetrack and normally appears only on computer linked roulette machines. It includes all the numbers from 12 to 15 inclusive (12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32, and 15). There are four different bets as follows:-
• One chip covers 26
• One chip covers 0, and 3
• One chip covers 12 and 15
• One chip covers 32 and 35
